MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES
History has shown us that there is a high degree of correlation between neglected multi-family properties and their need for substantial police services. To better understand this concept, the Vickery Meadow Improvement District has created a Police Service Index to grade and rank all Vickery Meadow Multi-Family Properties in their need and usage of police service. This index is updated yearly, and is shared with future residents, the Dallas Police Department, and the City of Dallas Code Enforcement Department. The index acts as a non-subjective measuring device to determine our quality properties, and also identify properties in need of intervention.
